To a Child’s Heart (II) is the second of a two-volume set of short piano pieces intended as recital repertory. Volume two contains 20 works of intermediate to advanced level difficulty, spanning a wide variety of character such as Starry Night, Fast Fives, Bells, (Mostly) Black Keys Dance and many more. Stark’s Silver Lining album, containing selections from Vol. 1 and Vol 2 of To A Child’s Heart, is available on Spotify, and video clips of the composer’s performance of many of the pieces are posted on YouTube.
